Sherborne take the B3148 ignore Sat nav from there as it will take you through the lanes into the bottom of the village, So stay on the B3148 for about 2 miles and you will pass a large concrete entrance on your right which is Pearce Seeds/Rosedown Farm, about 100 yds after this turn Right signed Sandford Orcas which is Queen Thorne Crossing. Sherborne Lawn and Maintenance Barns are located here, stay on lane for about 1 mile and you will come to the houses we are the second entrance on the left stone walls and black electric gate if you get to the t junction you have missed me

Come down to Sparkford Roundabout take the exit towards Queen Camel A359 stay on here through Queen Camel and Marston Magna then take the B3148 towards Sherborne stay on here 1 ½ miles over railway bridge up pass the White Post Pub on the right up to the very top of the hill turn left at the off set crossroads into Great Pitt Lane signed Sandford Orcas 1 mile down the lane turn right signed Trent just before entering Dark Lane we are the 1st property on the right.
